Three years building with AI. Now we share the method.
For three years we have produced content, campaigns, visuals and interactive applications for European associations, federations and institutions. To keep that pace we built our own way of working with AI, and we ran it on our own work before we ran it on anyone else's.
Sharing the methods we actually use is the fastest way to make the work quicker on both sides. It also changes the relationship. Less supplier and client, more a shared way of working.
So we explored these methods, folded them into our own internal processes, kept what held and dropped what did not. What survived is here, as modules built as a full immersion: one real job of yours, automated with your tools, documented as we go.
The AI Act gives organisations a reason to start now. The obligation is real. As we implement the work we document the people, skills, policy and decisions behind it. Compliance becomes part of a better operating system, not a separate fear product.

Questions we get
What is a Claude skill in practice?
It is a reusable set of instructions, source material and checks for a specific job. Instead of prompting from scratch, the team runs the same method each time. A press review skill, for example, can define the sources, structure, languages, review points and final format. It does not remove editorial responsibility.
Does our data leave the organisation?
That depends on the tools and workflow approved for the job. We build around your systems and data rules. We do not upload identifiable client documents to third-party AI services; we anonymise them first. Automations that process personal data run on our own self-hosted n8n instance, and client credentials remain in the client's systems. We document the agreed data path before the automation goes live.
What happens if the automation breaks?
The workflow includes human review and a documented manual route. Your team can see where an input failed and still complete the job. The Sprint delivers the operating documentation. Partner Light is available after the Sprint to revise automations as tools, sources and team needs change.
Does this work when we publish in English, French and Dutch?
Yes. We can build language instructions, terminology, approval points and output formats into the workflow or Claude skill. Live sessions are available in English, French or Italian. Materials and deliverables can also be supplied in Dutch, with native-speaker review budgeted where needed.
Is there a fine if we do nothing?
Article 4 has no direct penalty under Article 99. That is the plain answer. The obligation still applies, and authorities can ask questions, inspect and order corrective action. Article 50 does carry penalties of up to €15 million or 3% and has applied since 2 August 2026. The €35 million or 7% figure belongs to Article 5 on prohibited practices. It never applies to training or content.
Do we get an AI Act certificate?
No body issues an “AI Act seal”, and the regulation prescribes no certificate. Where training is included, you receive an attendance record stating who attended, when and what was covered. The stronger evidence is the full documented set of measures: workflows, register, policy, materials and, where included, the compliance note.
What did the Digital Omnibus change?
Regulation (EU) 2026/1744 entered into force on 27 July 2026. It changed Article 4 from “ensure” to “support the development of” AI literacy. That makes Article 4 an obligation of means. You need to take appropriate measures and be able to show what they were. It does not prescribe one course or one level everyone must reach.
How fast can we start?
The Foundations Sprint is a day and a half on-site. Comms Sprint, Creative Edition and the Automation Sprint each start with one day at your office and include two weeks of delivery or build. The Bundle runs its two tracks two weeks apart. We confirm the first available date before you commit.
