Comms Sprint · Creative Edition
One day in your office. The first post goes out before we leave.
For a communications office of 2 to 10 that wants the AI producing, not just answering questions.
The tools are already in the building. What is missing is the templates, the avatar, the voice, and someone actually pressing publish.
This is the production day. We spend it connecting the AI to the tools you already publish with, building on what your team has, not replacing it with something new to learn.
We work inside your existing Canva templates, build an AI avatar and a matching voice with your team in the room, and produce a real piece, a social card, an event asset, a campaign visual, on a live brief. Then we connect posting to LinkedIn and X and test it, so the work leaves the room the same day it is made.
This is the same creative production stack we run for our own client work, FERMA, TIE and INSUROPE among others, handed to your team instead of kept behind our studio door.
How it runs
- Morning: we connect the toolsWe connect the AI to your Canva templates, your LinkedIn and X accounts and the brand files you already have. Your fonts, your colours, your voice, not a generic starter kit.
- Midday: your avatar and voiceYour own AI avatar and a matching voice, set up once and ready to present on camera without booking a shoot every time you need one.
- Afternoon: we produce, in the roomA social template, an event asset or a campaign visual, built live on a real brief, with your team watching and correcting as we go.
- Before we leave: posting goes livePublishing to LinkedIn and X is connected and tested, so the first piece goes out the same day, not after a follow-up call.

Why build an AI avatar instead of just writing posts?
Because a lot of what a comms team publishes is meant to be watched, not read, event recaps, explainers, presentations for an audience that is not in the room. A reusable AI avatar delivers that on camera, same face, same voice, redeployed across topics without a new shoot each time.
Do you build on our existing Canva templates, or a new tool?
Your existing ones. Comms teams already have on-brand templates; rebuilding that inside a new tool means starting from zero, which defeats the point. We connect the AI to what you already use.
Is this the same production stack you use for your own clients?
Yes, the same stack we run for FERMA, TIE and INSUROPE. The creative module is our own practice, handed to your team, not a demo built for the pitch.
