The Bundle

For teams of three or more that want full literacy and full creative capability in one plan.

One sprint moves two people. A larger secretariat needs the whole team working the same way, and one course rarely gets it there.

The Bundle runs both tracks in sequence: the Foundations Sprint first, then the Comms Sprint, Creative Edition, two weeks later. The gap is deliberate. The team practises on real work between the two, and the second session starts from what actually happened, not from a plan.

Every track opens with a short audit of your current workflows and the projects you want to move on, so nothing is a generic curriculum applied on day one.

How it runs

1. The audit
   Before anything is booked, we look at the real documents and workflows your team touches, and confirm the two tracks fit what you actually need.
2. Foundations Sprint: a day and a half
   Tool literacy, prompt engineering on your own files, and the one-page AI governance charter aligned with GDPR and the AI Act.
3. Two weeks of practice
   The team uses what it learned on live work. We stay reachable by email, and collect what worked and what jammed.
4. Comms Sprint, Creative Edition: one day plus delivery
   The creative production module: your AI avatar, your voice, your templates, and posting to LinkedIn and X, connected and tested live on your real material.

What you leave with

• A team of three or more trained on its own documents, not case studies.
• Your own AI avatar and voice, plus templates connected and posting live to LinkedIn and X.
• The creative production capability we normally reserve for our own client work.
• The AI governance charter, plus the Article 4 register rows and attendance records for every participant.
• Thirty days of post-programme support by email.
