Use your own AI Avatar for your next presentations

21 August 2026

We made an avatar for the days when something has to go out and nobody can be filmed. To produce it we needed just two things: a set of portraits taken on a phone against a plain wall, one for each expression, and three minutes of voice read out loud in a quiet room.

Four tools did the rest: one clones the voice, one animates the face and the lip sync, one builds the alternative versions you see halfway through, one finds the cut points in the edit.

What you can use it for:

→ Member announcements that have to exist in four languages by Friday → The monthly update from your Secretary General, without booking a studio every month → Walkthroughs that show staff how a new procedure works, re-recorded in minutes when the procedure changes → Onboarding for people who join in the middle of the year → Training and tutorials, in the languages your members actually read → A message to a conference your speaker couldn't travel to

One practical note: transparency obligations under the AI Act started to apply on 2 August. We put the label in the frame rather than in the caption, because the frame travels with the file.
